ARTIST BANQUET
A feeding frenzy to finish in style. The Artist’s Banquet is a lavish South Indian Banquet created for the artists, crew and partners of F.O.L.A. [AKL] prepared by Sammy Akuthota of Satya Chai Lounge on the night before the New Moon.
Made up of Satya’s house favourites and off-menu specials, a grazing style where the food keeps flowing until everyone is full, content and ready for a new lunar cycle.

THE ARTIST
Satya & Sammy Akuthota
Satya was started by Swamy and Padmaja in 1999, a small 40 seater South Indian restaurant.
In 2016 I (Sammy) started Satya Chai Lounge, to showcase that Indian food is so much more than a curry bread and rice.
Chai Lounge is about showcasing the food available on the streets of India. The food is full noise and full flavour.
Add a 200 or so different craft beers and cocktails to the list and its a great time.
